Development Approach

Micro Planning is being conducted to understand and resolve the issues at village kustuya

Resource Map is being sketched by community members with organisation volunteer at village Basahatu

Development can only be brought about, if the people of intervention areas become aware and make use of their potential and resources too. The development of any area requires community ownership’s through people’s participation as one of the major task in the series of overall development of the community and area as a whole.

SMVM ensures the involvement of community members, civil society organizations and developmental stakeholders in the process of planning, monitoring and evaluation of all developmental issues through various measures for instance mobilize the community members and generate a sense of ownership. Our approaches in the field of community development accesses by internal social assessment, stakeholder analysis etc, through this techniques several development activities are to be undertaken and hence it ensures the effective service delivery.

Fundamental to an area-based people-centered development approach is the need for building local capacity  to set and manage the direction of their development. It is essential to increase the capacity of local service providers, so that development in the area would be achieved through a participatory process.
