SMVM needs dogged determination and commitment to reach the desired level of growth and achieve its shared mission. These attributes are obtained through spell of learning and sharing. The organisation recruits employee from various backgrounds having varied skills and expertise over different development issues. At present, the organisation has 80 full time employees and 250 volunteers over three districts to look after the activities.
Infrastructure
Our office is well connected with main road in Chakradharpur and is around 1/2 km from Chakradharpur railway station. The office complex has office building, training halls and hostels. The office is well equipped with phone, fax and wi-fi internet facilities.
